Sorry I've been shit at blogging guys, uni is not only boring and shit but I have to do stupid geography stuff with all my sare time. So stoked I got a package in the post from La Moda the other day!!!!!! Everything was lush so I couldn't wait to try it all out, Suzan (who's an absolute babe!!) sent me a few La Moda bags and a bunch of amazing jewellery which I love. You can check a bit more out on my instagram my username is Frankiegd, and I'm sure you'll see more in posts to come :) You should def check out their website HERE, loads of cool bags and stuff but hey aren't super expensive which is ace. This is a SUPER quick post, really want to nap before work :/ but I basically hated everything I tried on today so just borrowed a couple of cool bits off my flatmate, she has good taste yeah? LOVE the grand-daddyish jacket! Don't ask me why I'm wearing a crop top in Winter though...

That's it, sleep time :)

Bag Wishlist : House of Fraser edition

I'm SO excited for Christmas already !!!!! I've got my first work Christmas party coming up and I've made my list, emailed it to everyone I know and hoping for the best :) One of the things I really want for Christmas is a new handbag. I'm the kind kind of person who wouldn't really buy one for myself clothes on my back are the first priority and nice bags are a luxury, mainly because I'm always skint. The lovely Stephanie from House of Fraser contacted me about their HUGE range of handbags, and I thought I'd show you my my Christmas short-list. Seriously... there's so many amaaaazing designer brands on the website like Biba, Vivienne Westwood, Lulu Guinness and Moschino it was hard to narrow down but here goes:

Ever since I first saw the Lulu Guinness lips shaped clutches I have lusted after one of these beauties! This studded version is DOPE. This would look perfect with my Christmas party dress which has gold sequins on top with a long sheer skirt, early Christmas present?? Hint Hint :)

I'm in love with lilac at the moment, I really want to bleach my hair and dye it lilac but I'm kind of worried it'd fall out if I did...so I'll have to be satisfied with this Zatchels beauty. The colour would go with pretty much anything, I'd wear it with a casual day outfit like a huge jazzy fresh prince shirt, leggings, huge platforms and my chunky gold chain of course!

Do we not all dream of owning a Vivienne Westwood bag?? PLEASE FATHER CHRISTMAS I've been okay this year... This one is pretty grown up, I'd take it anywhere, so classic! About time I owned something classic don't you think?? I'd go all sophisticated and wear my black polo neck midi dress, spikey gold necklace and some ankle strap heels for dinner with my boyfriend :)

This bag is so bloody 90's and I love it! White jelly plastic, slightly transparent and right up my street! I'd feel like a spice girl with this one, wear it with some flatform trainers, disco pants and my honey coloured furry coat.

I kind of wish I never even looked at the House of Fraser handbag section, Christmas will inevitably be slightly rubbish without one or more of these bad boys. You have been warned.

Just a quickie because it's nearly midnight and not gonna lie I probably  should have my essay done by now, procrastinating at it's finest! I was inspired by the Cheap Monday cropped jumper in last nights post and decided I'd make my own version by tucking my jumper in to my bra all day, which worked pretty well wouldn't you agree? I took a leaf out of Remi's (Check out her blog here her style is amazing!) book and decided to take a craft knife to these jeans, LOVE the result! I had quite a nice day apart from working this afternoon (who likes work bleeuurghhh), got a new DIY project to show you and it is EASY AS PISS! Great one if you're a skint lady like me :)

Gonna get up close and personal with my essay now -_-

HEY LOVELIES!!! I'm such a good mood today! Had a hilarious night withh my friend Jackie, don't have a hangover for the first Sunday in weeks and I'm feeling good :)  I'm just popping in to uni quickly to print off some reading and this is what I threw on. I am IN LOVE with my new houndstooth trousers from Primark, £7, so cheap and I love the stripes down the side of the legs. I feel like I'm back on the shopping bandwagon, never in my life have I shopped less than I have this month, genuinely think that's what's made me so sad, lack of new shit in my wardrobe wahhhh!I can't stop thinking about Christmas lately either, not gonna lie my Christmas list is getting pretty redonkulous so I'm going to do a Christmas list blog post soon...mainly for the benefit of my family/boyfriend who I know will see it :D What do you want most for Christmas guys? I want more ideas :)

Have a lush Sunday

Styling work : Molly Myrsten

Go check out the shoot on the Next website HERE

I definitely told myself I was going to blog every day this week, lo and behold winter blues has got the better of me until now so in the interest of being short and swett here goes...

Last week I went to my friend Hanna Hilliers place to do some styling for a test shoot she was doing with a lovely model called Molly Myrsten. I don't get to do much styling work because my uni work takes up all my time, but on the rare occasion I get to I LOVE IT! It's so satisfying to see a shoot I have had some kind of impact in to on the Next Models website too. I love working with Hanna because not only is she one of my best friends, but she is an amazing photographer and so creative she comes out with amazing work. She's given me the opportunity to style some amazing models and  love her even more for it :)

and this is why I'm not a photographer- cheeky finger on the lens haha!

Some behind the scenes shots by me :)

Is anybody else an aspiring stylist? I'd love to check out your work and get any tips from anyone :) Have a lovely weekend

BIG LOVE

Hey guys :)  Wtf? 301 followers????

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

I leave my blog for nearly two weeks and come back to 301 followers, I'm amazed! Thanks so much, without anybody reading it my blog would be nothing but the ramblings of a skint weirdo haha! I love reading the comments people write to me as well, they cheer me up big time when I'm pissed off with life :) I'm definitely going to get a cool giveaway together in the next few days so keep your eyes peeled

Not gonna lie the reason I haven't been blogging isn't actually down to being too busy with uni work, Uni is giving me SO MUCH anxiety at the moment- my solution is to ignore it exists *blahhhhhh*. I've actually just been suffering from ugly days from the best part of a month which is pretty shit, didn't fancy sticking photos of myself on here - been living in my onesy anyway. I still can't get in to winter mode either, I hate the cold, I hate wearing loads of clothes and I hate not owning a pair of gloves WHY THE HELL DON'T I OWN GLOVES?? Better get my act together before bonfire night...

Aaanyway on to the outfit :) I went charity shopping with my friend Gabby in Dalston the other day and I found this amazing skirt in The Second Hand Shop (that's it's name, it's amazing!) for £2. Obviously I wore this out with my denim jacket and cardy, I for one am not resilient to the level of coldness to be experienced in London at the moment. I'm feeling tooooo lazy to write more , gonna eat a burger cooked by my lovely boyfriend and watch Apocalypse Now, make sure you check back tomorrow though got another post coming your way :)
