Wassup Wassup? On Tuesday when me and Jen wondered around London, popping into various press days to see what everyone had to offer for ss/14. We went all over the shop, but started at Louis Vuitton...
Not going to lie it was a little intimidating going into the Louis Vuitton showroom but it was amaaaazing! The main room was all black and had a wall covered in mongolian sheepskin, I kid you not it was so fluffy - definitely had to resist having a 'Get Him to the Greek' moment stroking the furry wall. As you probably know, the SS14 Louis Vuitton show at Paris fashion week was the last of Marc Jacobs for the fashion house and it was so cool to see some pieces from the show in the flesh (or should I say fabric??). The things Marc did with denim in the collection - obscenely brilliant. My favorite piece from the showroom was the scarf with monogrammed LV planets, probably the only piece I could conceivably afford in the whole place D:
We headed over to Daks which was pretty cool, I LOVED this trench made of thick leather, and the simple white shirt dress was to die for!
After Daks we headed over to Trace...
The Paper collection was all about the neoprene, the laser cut pieces were amazing. My favourite piece was the red neoprene culottes which I unfortunately didn't get a picture of *doh*
This Jean-Pierre Braganza jacket I could practically see on Rihanna, NEED.
I died when I saw Fyodor Golan, smiley faces, transparent trench coats, white snakeskin, pink snakeskin - cannot express how much I loved what I saw. I hate to say anything is perfect but it was perfect. If you get a chance check out the catwalk from London Fashion Week on his website - the yellow shorts suit *drools*.
Moral of the story is : Get a proper job so I can afford this stuff
